Strawberry - 1 1/2 cup
Blueberry - 1 cup
Frozen/ Thick yogurt - 1 cup ( Can substitute vanilla ice cream)
Skimmed Milk - 1/2 cup
Flaxseed meal - 2 tbsp.
Honey - 3 tbsp.
Method Of Preparation:
~ Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
~ Serve chilled.
